Mumbai : A public meeting commemorating the memory of revolutionary freedom fighter Shaheed Bhagat Singh will be organized by the Mulbhut Adhikar Sangharsh Samiti (MASS) on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The event will take place at Gandhi Book Centre, Mumbai Sarvodaya Mandal, Nana Chowk, Grant Road (East), Mumbai.
The event will be chaired by Mr. Harshvardhan Sapkal, President of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee. On this occasion, veteran social activist Mr. Sanjay M. G. will address the gathering on the topic “Gandhi–Ambedkar–Bhagat Singh: Historical Bond and Future Coordination.”
The public meeting aims to highlight the ideological synergy and legacy of these three stalwarts of Indian history, and their continued relevance in the contemporary socio-political landscape.
MASS representatives Adv. Girish Kataria, Jayant Diwan, Dr. U. V. Mahadkar, Chitra Rane, Sangram Petkar, Dinesh Rane, and the executive committee have jointly appealed to citizens to attend the meeting in large numbers and participate enthusiastically.
Activist Dinesh Rane said, “This gathering is expected to attract activists, students, intellectuals, and citizens committed to democratic rights and social justice, as it highlights the importance of historical unity and future collaboration in building a just society.”
