Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Deekshabhoomi

Nagpur, 30th: Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Deekshabhoomi and paid homage to the ashes of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. He also paid respects to the statue of Gautama Buddha and performed Buddhavandana (prayer).

President of the Deekshabhoomi Memorial Committee, Bhante Surai Sasai, welcomed Prime Minister Modi. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister for Road Transport Nitin Gadkari, and Memorial Committee Secretary Rajendra Gavai were also present.
